Eligible Returns

- Your product has a verified manufacturing defect.
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
Custom Hand-Painted Products
Each custom hand-painted product is made exclusively for you. For this reason, custom orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or Cash on Delivery (COD) unless the product is incorrect, damaged during transit, or has a manufacturing defect.
