Because our products are handmade, slight variations in brush strokes, colors, textures, and artwork are natural and are not considered defects.

Orders will only enter production after successful payment confirmation.

Since our products are custom-made and hand-painted, returns and exchanges are accepted only in cases of:

Our artwork is created using premium materials, but proper care is essential.

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their purchase. Damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered under any replacement or refund policy.

All artwork, product designs, logos, photographs, graphics, website content, and branding displayed on Urban Palette are the intellectual property of Urban Palette unless otherwise stated.
